EPISODE 028 TRAIN TO BUSAN, THE STRAIGHT STORY, WHAT HAPPENED TO MONDAY This week Moid is joined by Chris, now a Snakeskin regular, and Goffy, who once again has made the trip all the way from Cambridge just to be with us. Moid and Goffy stick to the format and deliver a review of a film while Chris flexes his independent muscle and subjects us all to a twenty minute synopsis in what feels like a real time retelling of the first act of the film. BEEN FLICKED 6:05 THE STRAIGHT STORY (1999) Moid reviews David Lynch's unusually normal movie, The Straight Story. As a big fan of the director's work, Moid was really looking forward to getting one step closer to being a Lynch completist. 20:09 WHAT HAPPENED TO MONDAY (2017) Netflix original movies get a rough ride on this show, we fully admit that this is unfair and want to review films on their own merit. Chris was somehow seduced into watching and reviewing this dystopian Orphan Black rip off. 43:35 TRAIN TO BUSAN (2016) Goffy proudly proclaims this to be the only Korean, Zombie movie that his wife can stomach. Then again, would you trust the opinion of a man who describes the Korean peninsular as a scrotum? 59:15 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Goffy has been playing around on Twitter this week and shares a discussion about great director streaks.
